Agape Decals will not be held responsible for any discrepancy, whatsoever, on any order if not specified on approved order. All orders must be accompanied with work order OR purchase order. This must include garment styles/color, sizes/quantities of sizes, imprint location(s) and imprint colors. All orders, including art, will be approved in writing via email, fax, or in person with signature. The industry standard for misprints runs 2%-5%. We try to keep our misprints to 2% or better. When bringing your own items, please note that we are not responsible for mishaps or imprints.
